About

A heating-element plant in the middle of China’s stainless cluster.

Xinghua Jianqiang Electric and Thermal Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. has been forming tubular heating elements in Dainan, Jiangsu since 2005. Dainan is where eastern China processes stainless steel, so tube stock, alloy supply and finishing are all within a short drive — and everything that is not local happens inside the plant: winding, magnesium-oxide filling, swaging, bending, annealing, testing and laser marking.

What leaves is roughly half catalog part numbers and half work built to a customer drawing. The second half is the reason the technical library on this site is as detailed as it is: most of the value a supplier adds happens before anything is manufactured.

01How we work

Four things we hold to.

Not values on a wall — the four decisions that shape how an order actually runs.

  1. 01

    Size from the duty, not the part number

    The most useful thing a supplier can do is refuse to quote a heater that will fail. Asking for the medium, the temperatures and the flow before pricing is not bureaucracy — it is how a 10,000-hour element ends up lasting 10,000 hours.

  2. 02

    Say what is not certified

    North American approvals we do not hold are listed as open items on the compliance page, not implied by omission. A buyer who finds out at design review costs everyone more than a buyer who knew at enquiry.

  3. 03

    The drawing governs

    Catalog dimensions are nominal. Every non-trivial order goes through a drawing approval step, and the approved drawing — not a catalog table — is what production works to and what a dispute would be settled against.

  4. 04

    Mark the part, not the box

    Part numbers are laser-marked onto the element itself. A heater identified by a stick-on label is unidentifiable after two years in a hot enclosure, and an OEM that cannot identify a spare has a supply problem we caused.
