Explosion-Proof Immersion Heaters
A flameproof terminal enclosure over a flanged tube bundle, designed to raise, hold or superheat flowing liquid and gas in classified areas — chemical plant, refineries, gas processing, offshore platforms, marine and mining.
An explosion-proof immersion heater is a flanged tube bundle inside a pressure vessel, topped by a flameproof terminal enclosure so that an internal arc cannot ignite the surrounding atmosphere. Process fluid is routed across the bundle by internal baffles, and an independent over-temperature element cuts power before the sheath can coke the product. Jianqiang builds these for chemical, petroleum, natural-gas, marine, offshore and mining duty.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
