Most premature failures are not manufacturing defects — they are a heater asked to put more watts through each square centimetre than the medium can carry away. These are working ceilings, not targets.

A quick sanity check on any design: divide your intended kilowatts by the heated surface area you actually have room for. If the answer is above the ceiling for your medium, the design is already wrong — and the fix is more surface area, never a hotter tube.

06How ordering works

Quoted, not listed.

Sheath alloy, heated length, voltage and mounting all move the price, and roughly half of what ships is built to a customer drawing. A shelf price would be fiction, so the portal runs an RFQ-to-order flow instead.

No card payment step. Orders settle on a proforma invoice by wire transfer, letter of credit, or net terms on an approved account — the way industrial supply normally works. A card gateway can be added at order confirmation later without changing this flow.

    Build a line list

    Add catalog part numbers from any series page, or paste a whole list into the order pad. Add a note against any line that needs a non-standard sheath, length or voltage.

    Submit the RFQ

    Tell us the duty behind the list — medium, temperatures, flow, mounting, supply. That is what lets us confirm the density is safe before quoting rather than after.

  3. Step 03

    Review the quotation

    A firm quote with unit prices, lead time and any drawing to approve lands in your portal, usually within 1 business day. Non-catalog work comes back with a drawing first.

  4. Step 04

    Accept into an order

    Accepting converts the quote to an order and opens a production timeline: forming, filling, swaging, test, packing, shipment. Documents attach as they are produced.

The catalog is authored in SI because that is how the plant works, but everything on this site converts, and the hardware options that matter on a US or Canadian job are built to order.

Do you sell to North America, and what does that change about the build?
Yes. The practical differences are voltage, threads and flanges: catalog windings are 220 V and 380 V at 50 Hz, so 60 Hz builds at 120, 208, 240, 277, 480 or 600 V are made to order. Threads are metric fine as standard with NPT cut to order, and flanges are available to ANSI B16.5 150# or 300# as well as DIN, JIS and GB. Dimensions on this site convert to inches and °F with the toggle in the header.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because a price would be invented. Sheath alloy, heated length, voltage, mounting and quantity all move the number, and roughly half of what leaves the plant is built to a customer drawing rather than a catalog code. Instead you assemble a line list, tell us the duty behind it, and get a firm quotation — usually within one business day — which you can then accept into an order in the portal.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by series and is shown on each product page. Standard tubular elements are typically 10 to 20 pieces because they are made in batches; flanged assemblies, explosion-proof heaters, steam generators and coils are quoted from one unit since each is engineered to the duty.
How long does manufacture take?
Catalog tubular elements run 12 to 25 days depending on series. Flanged boiler assemblies run 18 to 30 days. Explosion-proof heaters, steam generators and to-drawing coil work run 20 to 55 days because they include a drawing-approval step before production starts. Each series page carries its own range.
Can you build to our drawing?
Yes, and it is routine — roughly half of production is made to customer drawings. Send a dimensioned sketch with the medium, kilowatts, voltage, mounting detail and any sheath requirement. You will get a drawing back to approve, and the approved drawing then governs the dimensions rather than any catalog figure.
What certifications do you hold?
The tubular series are built and life-tested to JB/T 2379-93, the Chinese machinery standard for metal-sheathed tubular heating elements, with insulation resistance of at least 1 MΩ at 500 V DC and a 2 kV one-minute dielectric test at final inspection. North American marks — UL 1030, CSA C22.2 No. 72, ASME Section VIII, CRN and NEC 500 hazardous-location certification — are not currently on file and are listed as open items on the compliance page rather than claimed.
