Water & Boiler Immersion Heaters
JGS assemblies heat boiler feed and circulating water to 160 °C. Tube material is 20# steel, 304, 316 or 316L. Both flange-mounted and threaded-boss builds are offered, sealed for 0.8–4 MPa service.
Boiler immersion heaters are flange- or thread-mounted tube bundles that heat water inside a pressure vessel. Two things decide the build: the vessel's pressure rating and the water chemistry. Sealing at 0.8–4 MPa calls for a machined flange with a gasket face, and treated feedwater above roughly 60 °C calls for 304 or 316L stainless rather than carbon steel. Jianqiang builds JGS assemblies to 160 °C water temperature in both mounting styles.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
