Titanium & PTFE Heaters

Titanium sheaths handle weak acid and weak alkali to 100 °C. PTFE-clad elements handle strong acid and alkali plating chemistry to 80 °C. Both are formed to the tank geometry you supply.

When a tank's chemistry eats stainless steel, the two practical sheath choices are titanium and PTFE. Titanium resists chlorides, weak acids and weak alkalis and works to about 100 °C. PTFE cladding is chemically near-inert — the standard answer for chrome, nickel and acid-pickling lines — but it is a poor conductor, so it is limited to roughly 80 °C and a low watt density. Jianqiang forms both to the customer's tank geometry.

Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
