Nitrate-Salt & Alkali Bath Heaters
JGX (stainless) heats nitrate-salt baths; JGJ (10# steel) heats caustic-alkali solution. Both run to a 500–550 °C medium temperature with a 50 mm fastening boss and an M27×1.5 nut.
Salt-bath and alkali-bath heaters are heavy-wall tubular elements for molten nitrate salt and hot caustic solution used in heat treatment and metal cleaning. Alloy choice is not interchangeable: nitrate salt attacks carbon steel, so it needs a stainless sheath (JGX), while hot caustic is better served by carbon steel (JGJ). Both Jianqiang series are rated to a 500–550 °C medium temperature at 380 V, 2–7 kW.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
