Air & Oven Heating Elements
The JGQ family heats moving or still air in drying tunnels, baking ovens, ducts and electric furnaces. Elements are formed from 10# steel tube and rated to a 300 °C medium temperature, with a 45 mm fastening boss and an M22×1.5 nut as standard.
Air and oven heating elements are metal-sheathed tubular resistors designed to run in air rather than liquid. Because air carries heat away far more slowly than oil or water, they use a lower watt density and a larger surface area — typically formed into hairpins, W-bends or serpentines — so the sheath stays below its oxidation limit. Jianqiang's JGQ series covers 0.25–3.0 kW at 36, 55, 110, 220 and 380 V with a maximum medium temperature of 300 °C.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
