Finned Tubular Air Heaters
Wrapping a spiral fin onto a tubular element multiplies its heat-transfer surface, so more kilowatts fit in the same duct cross-section without lifting sheath temperature. Also supplied as unheated finned tube for steam service.
A finned tubular heater is a standard tubular element with a steel or stainless fin spiral-wound and welded along the sheath. The fin roughly triples the effective surface area, which lets a duct carry more kilowatts at the same sheath temperature — the reason finned elements dominate air-heating batteries, unit heaters and drying tunnels. Jianqiang also supplies unheated finned tube used as a steam radiator in place of a hydronic heater.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
