Packaged electric steam generators from 3 to 45 kW with feedwater, level control, heating and safety-interlock sub-systems, plus electric blast drying ovens for in-house curing and moisture removal.
An electric steam generator is a packaged assembly — feedwater system, level control, immersion heating bundle and safety interlocks — that turns treated water into dry steam without a fired boiler. Level is held by electrode probes that start and stop the feed pump, and pressure is regulated by switching the heating bundle. Jianqiang builds 3–45 kW units at 220 V or 380 V, 50 Hz, alongside electric blast drying ovens.
Catalog dimensions are nominal. On any order the controlling dimensions are those on the drawing approved before production starts — and roughly half of what this plant ships is made to a customer drawing rather than to a catalog code.
